Spring Sailing: Senior Year Edition

Every year, Bostonians impatiently wait for the first pops of daffodils to mark the arrival of spring, but I prefer to keep my sights set on the water for the first glimpse of sailboats. Since migrating to New England some four years ago now, spring sailing has become something of an annual tradition with friends— and my preferred method of procrastination towards the end of term. This year, I was even lucky enough to have my west coast friend visit me for her first taste of New England and east coast living in its prime.

Having wandered this city inside and out since freshman year, I can attest that there is no better way to fully appreciate Boston in its greatest capacity than out on the water. Whether sailing on the Charles Rivers or the Boston Harbor, the cityscape views never cease to amaze the New England tyros and veterans alike.
