It's been quite an eventful extended weekend post-finals. After a Saturday morning final
(yup, you read that right), my friends and I decided to celebrate with a weekend full of
exploring the city. From museum hopping at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the
MFA to see some of Da Vinci's original drawings, to riding a lobster carousel and seeing the
Janet Echelman sculpture above the Rose Kennedy Greenway, wandering around Beacon Hill
to enjoy the splendiferous doorways and hydrangeas heaven, exploring the South End and running into my new favorite beauty boutique Follain, cooling down by the harbor and enjoying a fresh whiff of sea breeze (and a gelato at the famous Amorino that recently opened on Newbury), and practicing graduation photos with one of my favorite seniors and hapa sisters (hi Kiki).
For the first time in months, it was nice to enjoy a few days with no strict schedules and all the time in the world to explore...
