My twentieth birthday is coming up in a few days and while it's scary to think that I've now lived on this earth for two whole decades, I'm hopeful, excited, and slightly terrified of what my 20s have in store. Recently, I've been pouring through a lot of articles about your 20s: the lessons you'll learn, the mistakes you'll make, the places you'll go, the skills you'll need, and the list just goes on and on. While these lists of "rules" and "tips"may seem helpful, I don't think anyone can enter there 20s completely prepared for this next chapter in life.
Most people say your 20s are some of the best and worst of times. You're officially crossing that bridge from teenage youth to young adult, and starting to take full control over the choices you make. It's intimidating to think of all of the changes that might lay ahead in the next ten years: graduating college, starting a full time job, buying an apartment, getting married, etc, but I'm eager for the adventures ahead! One thing is for certain though: I'm off to a pretty sweet start with the help of the perfect Lilly dress, a bundle of peonies, a Parisian themed cake, and lots of pink. ;-)
It's the little things in life, right?!
