Leaning In Once Again

As if Sheryl Sandberg needed another reason to inspire us all, she just became one of the youngest female billionaires in the world. The COO of Facebook (in case you've been living under a rock), Sandberg's 12 million shares in the company went up 14.27% on a particularly good day last week leaving her with a fortune worth over
 $1 billion

Whether we want to admit it or not, Sandberg's achievement is a milestone. In our twenty first century, we often tout that women can be and do anything, but in areas like CEOs, Silicon Valley, and the billionaire's club, we're still catching up (only 183 woman make it onto Forbe's billionaire's list of 1,426). At the end of the day, it's really more than about the money though, it's that women are still finding ways to lean in, break the glass ceiling, and prove the world wrong.
