As my classes come to an end and my first semester of college comes to a close
(only eight days of classes left- eek!), I am so thankful I have survived this challenging
"transition" time in my life. No matter what anyone tells you, there are always things in
your first semester of college that are a lot easier and harder than you planned on. For the most
part, transitioning into adult life has been relatively smooth (and fun!) but not without its bumps
and unexpected surprises.

This Thanksgiving, I'm extra thankful for the opportunities, learning, and growth I've
experienced this year. I'm also a lot more thankful for getting to spend time with my family
(I haven't seen my parents since they dropped me off at this... place?).
I'm particularly thankful too for the awesome friends I've met so far at college.
Whether its those moments spent in the dining halls, random snap chatting, or late night studying,
I'm so thankful for all the great memories we've already made.

What I am most thankful for this year though is blogging.
When I started this as a fun project after knee surgery in the beginning of the summer,
I never would have imagined how much blogging would add to my life. Blogging has become a great creative space for me to share my ideas, relieve stress, and most importantly, connect with so many amazing people around the world.
And for anyone who has read, commented, or shared my blog,
thank you SO much for your kindness and support.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
